Salon Fusion is committed to providing our clients with an enjoyable service in a relaxing atmosphere. The following Salon Policies are intended for the safety, and well-being of all our clients while enhancing everyone’s visit. Please read carefully before booking your appointment.

​Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running a few minutes late please call to notify the salon for pre-approval. If not, the appointment will be cancelled. If a client is late more than two times in a year the client will only be able to call the same day for a service, no longer able to pre-book appointments. If client continues to be late the client will no longer be allowed to return.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, a minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or service changes. A cancellation fee will be charged for less than a 48-hour notice equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No Shows / No Calls will be charged 100% of service amount.​ ​It is best to pre-book appointments to guarantee a desired time/date.

Age Requirement:
Client under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied with an adult at their consultation.

No alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Animals are not permitted in the salon except service animals.

Child Safety:
Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service. For safety and insurance purposes, no child/infant may accompany a client while receiving a service unless an additional adult caretaker is going to supervise the child in the waiting area only.

Health & Safety:
Salon Fusion follows the OCBB state laws that anyone who has open sores; symptoms of an infectious disease, parasitic infestation, contagious skin disorders, covid, cold or flu etc... can't receive services. A patron must be contagious free to receive services.

If a client is feeling unwell, been exposed or tested positive for Covid please cancel and reschedule your appointment. The salon follows the state OCBB rules of disinfecting and sanitizing to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

It's advised to notify the salon of any chemical allergies, medications or conditions prior to the service that could interfere. Some medications and allergies can negatively impact chemical services or cause reactions.​

Cash, Check or Charge accepted. A $50.00 fee for returned check. (Driver's license required for checks.) We do not accept third party or post dated checks. All sales are final and payments are due at the time of services rendered. This policy is firm.

Client and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists. You may opt out of subscriptions at any time.

Refunds and Returns:
All service and retail product sales are final online and in salon. If for some reason a client is unsatisfied with a hair service the client must notify the salon within 5 days from the date of service. Every effort will be made to rectify it free of charge with prior management approval. Some restrictions may apply.

No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the salon.​

The salon is not responsible for loss, damage or stolen personal property. It's advise not to wear or bring any important valuables at the salon as chemicals from hair services can damage items.


What are your hours of operation?
Tues. - Fri. 10am-5pm & Tues. 10am- 8pm by appt. only, no walk-ins.

How often should I get my hair cut?
Typically every 4-6 weeks to keep your hair looking healthy.

How often should I receive color?
Retouches every 4-6 weeks. Balayage, Highlights etc... typically every 2-3 months.

What products do you use?
Pravana, Lanza, Verb, Redken, Pulp Riot, Color Express, Fanola and K18.

How do I know what style or color to pick?
We will begin a consultation and ask you several questions on your desired result. We suggest glancing at our Pinterest page for inspirations. That way you can show your stylist the photo of your desired look.
